Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Products may only be eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
